Readers of the Valley is excited to announce NovelCon 2027, a large-scale multi-author signing event designed to bring together incredible storytellers and passionate readers for a full day of books, community, and connection.
Hosted by Readers of the Valley, NovelCon celebrates authors across romance, fantasy, thriller, contemporary fiction, dark romance, paranormal, indie publishing, and more.
We are seeking 100+ authors to participate in this exciting event.

Exact timing may be adjusted as the event approaches.
Each author or vendor registration includes:
• 8 ft x 8 ft booth space with a 6 FT table and two chairs
• Same-day morning setup
• 1 Author badge
• 1 Assistant badge
• Access to the Brunch Social Mixer
• Full breakfast buffet for 2 People
• Networking opportunities with fellow authors and industry professionals
• Promotion through Readers of the Valley event marketing
Additional Helper Tickets
Each booth includes two badges (Author/Vendor + Assistant).
Additional helper badges are available for $40 each and include:
• Event access
• Brunch buffet
• Mixer access
Author, Vendor, & Assistant Brunch Social Mixer
Before the signing begins, authors, vendors and assistants will enjoy a private brunch mixer, featuring a full breakfast buffet and a relaxed networking atmosphere.
This dedicated social hour gives authors the opportunity to connect with fellow writers, assistants, and industry professionals before welcoming readers into the event.
Who Should Apply
We welcome applications from:
• Indie and traditionally published authors
• Debut through bestselling authors
• All fiction genres
• Authors with active readership communities
Our goal is to curate a diverse and engaging lineup of authors that readers will be excited to meet.
Application Process
Applications will be reviewed by the Readers of the Valley team to ensure a balanced and exciting author lineup.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Selected authors will receive an invitation to secure their booth.
